Person Details Victor Consoli Victor Consoli, MANAGING DIRECTOR Victor Consoli is a Managing Director and has been in the finance industry since 1987. Prior to joining Prospect, from 2019 to 2024, Victor was a Managing Director at Avenue Capital, responsible for a corporate credit strategy of middle market private loans and stressed credits. Victor has held senior roles in leveraged credit and cross-asset investing. He was a Managing Director at Smith Cove Capital Management from 2016 to 2019. He was a Partner at Perella Weinburg Partners from 2008 to 2015, and a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns from 2000 to 2008, where he also headed high research and corporate credit strategy. Victor began his career as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Salomon Brothers in 1987, and developed his early investment career at Odyssey Partner, UBS Securities and AIG. Victor received his BS from Trinity College and his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
