Will Byars is a Vice President of Portfolio Optimization for Prospect and has been driving performance improvements and turnaround initiatives since 2018. Prior to joining Prospect, he worked as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he spent over 8 years advising consumer and industrial clients on operations, supply chain, and growth strategy. Prior to McKinsey, Will worked as a Research Engineer at the Georgia Institute of Technology and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Robert Bosch.

Will received his BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
