Ronald Celmer is a Managing Director and has been in the finance industry since 1991. He is responsible for integrating artificial intelligence tools across the company, including its portfolio companies. Ron previously served on the boards of Capital IQ, Active Health Company, and AirMedia. Prior to joining Prospect, he worked as a turnaround management consultant at Nightingale and Associates and was a General Partner at Constellation Ventures. Prior to joining Constellation Ventures, Ron was one of the founding members of Prospect Street Capital and its related Small Business Preferred Equity Program. He started his career at Value Line Incorporated as an analyst covering small-capitalization publicly traded companies.

Ron received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
