Bart J. deBie is a Managing Director. He has been with Prospect since 2004 and has been in the finance industry since 1997. He oversees Prospect’s “one-stop” combined control equity and debt financing business. Bart presently serves as an Executive Director or Director on the boards of several Prospect-controlled companies, including InterDent, Mity Inc., Pacific World, R-V Industries, Ubique Group, Valley Electric, and Victor Technologies. Bart is involved with businesses across a range of industries, including healthcare, consumer durable and non-durable goods, industrial equipment, and construction contracting. Prior to joining Prospect in 2004, Bart spent seven years as an investment banker, primarily with J.P. Morgan Chase, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries.

Bart received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. He was admitted to the New York Bar (inactive status).
