PSEC is managed by Prospect Capital Management L.P. ("PCM"). PCM has been registered as an investment advisor with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission since 2004. PCM has a 25-year history of investing in middle-market companies and managing private, high-yielding debt and equity investments using both private partnership and publicly-traded closed-end structures. PCM's team has invested in more than 300 middle-market companies and its senior executives have worked together for more than a decade, through multiple economic and investing cycles. John Francis Barry III

Mr. Barry is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prospect Capital Corporation (PSEC) and of Prospect Capital Management (PCM). John is Chairman of PCM’s Investment Committee and has been an officer of PCM (and predecessors) since 1990.

In addition to overseeing PSEC and PCM, John has served on the boards of directors of more than a dozen private and public portfolio companies, including as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bondnet Trading Systems, Inc. John has also served on the Board of Advisors of USEC, Inc., a publicly-traded energy company.

From 1988 to 1989, John managed the Corporate Finance Department of L.F. Rothschild & Company. From 1983 to 1988, John was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. From 1979 to 1983, John was an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell. From 1978 to 1979, John served as Law Clerk to Circuit Judge J. Edward Lumbard, formerly Chief Judge, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York City. John served from 1999 until 2011 as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mathematics Foundation of America, a non-profit foundation that enhances opportunities in mathematics education for students from diverse backgrounds.

John received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an officer of the Harvard Law Review, and his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Princeton University, where he was a University Scholar.

Mr. Eliasek is President and Chief Operating Officer of Prospect Capital Corporation (PSEC) and a Managing Director of Prospect Capital Management (PCM) and Prospect Administration. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Prospect Capital Corporation.

At Prospect Capital, Mr. Eliasek is responsible for leading the Prospect team of professionals in the origination and assessment of investments. Prior to Prospect Capital, Mr. Eliasek served as a Managing Director with Prospect Street Ventures, an investment management firm which, together with its predecessors, has invested in excess of $1.5 billion in senior loan, mezzanine, bridge loan, private equity, and venture capital structures through publicly traded closed-end funds and private limited partnerships.

Prior to joining Prospect, Mr. Eliasek served as a consultant with Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm, where he managed engagements for companies in several different industries. At Bain, Mr. Eliasek analyzed new lines of businesses, developed market strategies, revamped sales organizations, and improved operational performance.

Mr. Eliasek received his MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Eliasek received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Scholar and a Rodman Scholar.

Brian H. Oswald

Mr. Oswald is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Prospect Capital Corporation (PSEC) and has 32 years of experience. Prior to joining Prospect, Mr. Oswald spent two years with the Structured Finance Division of GSC Group, most recently as Managing Director of Finance. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Oswald was the Chief Accounting Officer at Capital Trust, Inc., a self-managed finance and investment management REIT which specializes in credit-sensitive structured financial products. In 2003, he was elevated to Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Capital Trust, a position he held until 2005. During his tenure with Capital Trust, the company completed its public offering which recapitalized the company and raised three private equity funds. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Oswald served as the Corporate Controller for Magic Solutions, Inc., an international computer software company and led the expansion and surveillance of three international sites. He was the Director of Financial Reporting and Subsidiary Accounting for River Bank America from 1995 to 1996 and assisted in raising new capital for the bank. From 1992 to 1994, he was the Executive Vice President and President of Gloversville Federal Savings and Loan Association. Mr. Oswald began his career in 1982 at KPMG Peat Marwick where he held various positions over his ten-year tenure, finishing as a senior manager in the financial institutions group. Mr. Oswald holds a BA from Moravian College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the States of New York and Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Management Accountant.

Ms. Becker is Head of Administration and has over 30 years of financial and investment experience. She joined Prospect Capital Management (PCM) in 1998. Ms. Becker oversees PCM’s operations and finances. Ms. Becker is also Chief Compliance Officer of PCM. From 1985 to 1998, Ms. Becker managed a family office which specialized in hedge fund and alternative investments. From 1986 to 1992, she also managed a real estate partnership. Ms. Becker began her professional career in 1978 at Citibank NA. From 1978 to 1984, she was an officer at Citibank NA, focusing on lending and new business development. She also held senior positions in marketing at Citibank. Ms. Becker is the spouse of Mr. Barry. Ms. Becker graduated from Wellesley College Phi Beta Kappa and Durant Scholar summa cum laude. She also attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Glenn Anderson

Mr. Anderson is a Vice President of Tax and has 10 years of experience. Mr. Anderson's prior experience focused on advising both corporate and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Prior to joining Prospect, Glenn was a Senior Manager in the International Tax practice of Deloitte Tax LLP (2010-2013). Prior to Deloitte, Glenn was with the Transaction Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP (2006-2010). Glenn holds both an MBA and a MS in Taxation from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Providence College. Additionally, Glenn is a CPA in the State of New York.

Mr. Belzer is a Managing Director and has 16 years of finance industry experience. Mr. Belzer oversees the firm's Direct Lending activities, which focus on private debt investments in non-sponsor owned middle-market businesses. Mr. Belzer is also responsible for originating, executing, and managing debt and equity investments in the energy sector, including oil and gas exploration and production, oil and gas services, and pipelines. He is also responsible for managing many of Prospect's relationships with financial intermediaries. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Belzer was a member of the Structured Finance Group at GE Capital, where he focused on originating and executing investments in the oil and gas sector. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Belzer worked at Wheelabrator Technologies, a developer of waste-to-energy plants. While at Wheelabrator, Mr. Belzer focused on power plant acquisitions and development of the company's inside-the-fence cogeneration strategy in the northeast. Mr. Belzer holds an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University and a BA from the University of Indiana.

Mr. Burges is a Managing Director and has more than 20 years of finance industry experience. Mr. Burges oversees the firm’s syndicated second lien investments and is responsible for originating, executing and managing debt investments across a variety of industries, including consumer products, business services and resources. He is also responsible for managing many of Prospect's relationships with private equity sponsors. He previously worked in investment banking and securities in London and New York with Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Knight Capital, where he was a Managing Director. In his roles he was responsible for advising and financing public companies in the utility, resource, and energy sectors. Mr. Burges has public company board and executive experience as President, CEO, and Director of a Canadian listed resource company, and as Chairman and an officer in a private equity backed energy company which acquired and operated gas power generation assets in the Northeast of the US. Throughout his more than 20 year career, Mr. Burges brings substantial corporate finance, investment, and management experience. He has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Bristol University in England.

Mr. Carratu is a Managing Director and has 33 years of finance industry experience. He joined PCM in 2010. Mr. Carratu is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across a variety of industries, including financial services, distribution, manufacturing, food, and healthcare. He is also responsible for managing many of PCM’s relationships with private equity sponsors. Mr. Carratu have invested over $1B while at PCM and successfully exited several transactions. Mr. Carratu serves as a Director on the boards of First Tower and Credit Central. From 1998 to 2010, Mr. Carratu worked in GE Capital’s Structured Finance Group, most recently as a Managing Director where he led a team focused on originating and executing high yielding asset-based and cash flow debt financings. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Carratu worked at the Polish-American Enterprise Equity Fund, where he managed a portfolio of investments. Prior thereto, he served as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Joseph Littlejohn & Levy Investors, a New York City-based private equity firm, where he helped evaluate, execute, and manage various middle-market investments. Mr. Carratu began his career at Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), where he held several positions, including Senior Manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mr. Carratu holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, graduating with honors. He also holds a BS from Long Island University School of Professional Accountancy. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Prior to PwC, she was with CohnReznick LLP for seven years, first in the Corporate Tax practice and then the Real Estate Tax practice. Vivian holds both an MBA in Finance and a B.A. in Accounting from George Mason University. Additionally, Vivian is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Virginia and California.

Ms. Cheng began her career in the assurance group at KPMG LLP, where she worked on the financial statement audits of asset management firms and registered investment companies. Ms. Cheng holds a BS in Accounting and a BA in Music Performance from Binghamton University, and an MBA in Finance from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford in the U.K.

Prior to joining Prospect in 2014, Michael was a Managing Director at The IGB Group, a boutique financial communications firm where he developed and executed comprehensive IR programs for specialty finance companies. From 2001 to 2006, he served as Vice President at KCSA Strategic Communications, a full-service communications agency. Michael received a BA in Journalism/Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA in Finance from Baruch College in New York. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute.

Ms. Cooper was also responsible for performing due diligence on primary issuance of CLO transactions for the purpose of providing assurance. Mr. Dailey is Vice President - Legal and has 12 years of experience. Mr. Dailey has represented a spectrum of investment advisers in connection with the structuring and distribution of U.S. and non-U.S. private investment products. He has formed and advised hedge, private equity and hybrid funds that pursue a number of different investment objectives and strategies. He has represented investors, including endowments and family offices, in their investments in private funds. In addition to private funds, he has advised clients on a number of other complex business transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, the operation and purchase of investment adviser businesses and general corporate matters. Mr. Dailey has advised funds and their managers and sponsors on an array of legal issues relating to their formation and operation, including compliance with the U.S. Investment Advisers Act, the U.S. Investment Company Act and the rules and regulations of FINRA. Prior to joining Prospect Mr. Dailey worked at international law firms, primarily Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Dailey holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds an MA from Dartmouth College and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Nathalie Dalrymple Ms. Dalrymple is the Controller for Prospect Capital Management and has over 23 years of experience in finance and tax. Prior to joining Prospect, Ms. Dalrymple worked for Asset Alliance Corporation, a purchaser and seeder of hedge funds. At Asset Alliance, she was the corporate and fund Controller, responsible for finance and tax, both domestically and international, including a registered FSA entity, an investment advisor and broker/dealer. Prior to Asset Alliance she was in public accounting where she worked for 10 years and was responsible for managing her own client base. She holds a BS from SUNY Albany, an MBA from Columbia University and is also a CPA in the State of New York.

Mr. deBie is a Managing Director and has 18 years of finance industry experience including over 11 years with Prospect. Mr. deBie oversees Prospect’s “one-stop” combined control equity and debt financing business. Mr. deBie presently serves as a Director on the Boards of Prospect-controlled companies CCPI, MityLite, and R-V Industries. Mr. deBie was formerly on the Boards of Airmall, Ajax Rolled Ring, C&J Cladding, Gas Solutions, and NRG Manufacturing, all of which were controlled by Prospect. Mr. deBie is active in Prospect’s corporate lending business. Mr. deBie is actively involved with businesses in need of capital in a range of industries, including energy and industrials. Prior to joining Prospect, Mr. deBie spent seven years as an investment banker. From 2003 into 2004, Mr. deBie was with Cenatar Advisory Group. From 1997 through 2002, Mr. deBie was with J.P.Morgan Securities, primarily in the Mergers and Acquisitions group where he advised clients across a range of industries. Mr. deBie holds a JD from the George Washington University Law School and a BA from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. deBie was admitted to the New York Bar (inactive status).

Al Faella Mr. Faella is the Vice President of Technology and a Microsoft certified professional with 10 years of experience. Prior to joining Prospect, Mr. Faella worked for Warren Systems Group, where he gained experience on the technical infrastructure of financial service firms, as well as compliance and Sarbanes Oxley policies. Mr. Faella also has operational experience in the financial services sector. Mr. Faella earned his bachelor’s degree with honors distinction from Fordham University.

Mr. Fowler is a Managing Director with more than 40 years of finance industry experience. He is responsible for overseeing select portfolio companies and for originating, executing, and managing 'one-stop' financings. Having spent the first half of his career working with Wall Street bulge bracket firms, including co-heading the investment and merchant banking departments of both Credit Suisse First Boston and Prudential-Bache, Mr. Fowler has spent the past 20 years focused on advising and raising capital for small and mid-cap companies, most recently at Laidlaw & Company, where he was the head of the firm's investment banking group. He has been on numerous boards of directors and consummated private equity investment transactions across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, insurance, real estate, hospitality, technology and consumer branded products. Mr. Fowler holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Amherst College.

Sonam Gadiya Ms. Gadiya is an Associate in the tax department. Ms. Gadiya joined Prospect after completing her graduate study at Pace University where she achieved a M.S. degree in Accounting. Prior to attending Pace University, Ms. Gadiya worked in Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) as a consultant for the accounting system SAP. In 2012, before joining CTS, Ms. Gadiya worked in the tax department at Essar Group focusing on indirect taxation. Ms. Gadiya has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pune and is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is working towards becoming a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Lorraine Fabiano Spurge Ms. Spurge has more than 25 years of middle market credit experience and is a Managing Director responsible for strategic business development at Prospect Capital Management. Previously Ms. Spurge was Senior Managing Director of institutional business development for Guggenheim Partners. Starting in 2001, she helped build the corporate credit investment management business for several firms including Metropolitan West Financial and Post Advisory Group, and was instrumental in the development of durable and strong institutional enterprises. During the 1980s, Ms. Spurge managed the capital markets group at Drexel Burnham Lambert helped raise capital of more than $200 billion to finance many middle-market growth companies. She was also responsible for structuring, negotiating, and marketing various transactions, including private placements and public new issues of high yield bonds, leverage loans and convertible securities. Ms. Spurge was one of the founding members of the Prostate Cancer Foundation, a Board Member at the Geffen Theater and EEM, an international live-sports business. Ms. Spurge has authored books on finance and has been a regular guest on CNN and KCBS morning news. She is involved in Women in America as a mentor to young professional women. She has authored several books, including Portraits of the American Dream, Failure is not an Option: MCI, Knowledge Exchange Business Encyclopedia and Money Clips.

Mr. Troitsky is Deputy General Counsel and has 16 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Prospect, Mr. Troitsky was a senior counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where his practice focused on representations of private equity firms, hedge funds, multinational corporations, leading financial institutions, equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including syndicated and multi-currency credit facilities, letter of credit facilities, secured and unsecured revolving and term loans, bridge loans, first-lien, second-lien and mezzanine loans, cash flow and asset-based financings, restructurings, DIP financings and other debt transactions. In addition, Mr. Troitsky advised clients on transactional and compliance issues involving ISDA-governed derivatives documentation (including credit, equity, interest rate, commodity and FX transactions), as well as prime brokerage, securities lending, clearing, and futures and options documentation. Mr. Troitsky holds a JD from the New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the editorial board of the Journal of International Law and Politics. He also holds a BA with honors from Earlham College.

Ms. Van Dask is the Controller of Prospect Capital Corporation and has 14 years of experience. Prior to joining Prospect, Ms. Van Dask spent one year with the Structured Finance Division of GSC Group LLC, a registered investment advisor specializing in credit-based alternative investment strategies. Ms. Van Dask was an Accounting Manager responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of private equity and hedge funds invested in a diverse series of leveraged structured credit instruments. From 2002 to 2007, Ms. Van Dask held various positions within the Assurance practice of Ernst & Young LLP, working on a variety of privately held and publicly traded clients, private equity funds, management companies, and investment advisory partnerships. She was responsible for the supervision of financial statement audits for funds with portfolios ranging up to $10 billion and a publicly traded company with manufacturing revenues of over $8 billion. In 2001, Ms. Van Dask began her public accounting career at Arthur Andersen LLP. Ms. Van Dask holds a BS magna cum laude from Towson University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Mr. Wertman is a Deputy General Counsel and has more than 18 years of experience advising on financing transactions. Prior to joining Prospect, Mr. Wertman was a Partner in the Finance & Restructuring Group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where he practiced law for 14 years. At Morgan Lewis, Mr. Wertman represented administrative agents, lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs, revolving credit facilities, term loans, letter of credit transactions, asset-based loans, cash flow loans, first-lien and second-lien financings, mezzanine loans, subordinated loans, private placements, refinancings, workouts and restructurings. He has advised numerous private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in relation to both domestic and multi-jurisdictional leveraged acquisitions, add-on acquisitions, spin-offs, restructurings and exits. Mr. Wertman is also an accomplished entertainment finance lawyer, having advised leading financial institutions in numerous financing transactions with producers, distributors and sales agents of motion picture, television, music and new media product. Mr. Wertman holds a JD cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as a Staff Member and then an Editor on the Fordham Law Review. Mr. Wilson is a Managing Director and has 15 years of finance industry experience. Mr. Wilson is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across a variety of industries, including business services, consumer products, and media. He is also responsible for managing many of Prospect's relationships with private equity sponsors. Mr. Wilson is a Director on the board of ReFuel, Inc. Prior to joining Prospect, Mr. Wilson worked in investment banking for nine years at Lehman Brothers, Inc. and UBS Investment Bank. At UBS, Mr. Wilson served as Executive Director and Head of Out-of-Home Entertainment, covering clients in the theme park, movie theatre, live entertainment and outdoor advertising sectors. Prior to investment banking, Mr. Wilson served as a Senior Project Engineer at Exxon Corporation where he was responsible for reservoir development, production, and joint ventures involving oil and natural gas properties in West Texas and North Dakota. Mr. Wilson holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BS magna cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Barry is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prospect Capital Corporation (PSEC) and of Prospect Capital Management (PCM). John is Chairman of PCM’s Investment Committee and has been an officer of PCM (and predecessors) since 1990.

In addition to overseeing PSEC and PCM, John has served on the boards of directors of more than a dozen private and public portfolio companies, including as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bondnet Trading Systems, Inc. John has also served on the Board of Advisors of USEC, Inc., a publicly-traded energy company.

From 1988 to 1989, John managed the Corporate Finance Department of L.F. Rothschild & Company. From 1983 to 1988, John was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. From 1979 to 1983, John was an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell. From 1978 to 1979, John served as Law Clerk to Circuit Judge J. Edward Lumbard, formerly Chief Judge, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York City. John served from 1999 until 2011 as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mathematics Foundation of America, a non-profit foundation that enhances opportunities in mathematics education for students from diverse backgrounds.

Andrew C. Cooper

Andy Cooper is a serial entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in venture management, venture investing and investment banking. He has built, run and sold three companies worth more than $800 million and has raised over $300 million in equity and debt financing for his companies.

Mr. Cooper is co-founder, director and former co-CEO of Unison Site Management, a leading cellular site owner with 2,000 plus cell sites which generate more than $40 million in annual cash flow. In 2006, Unison sold some of its cell site assets to Goldman Sachs. Mr. Cooper also co-founded Brand Asset Digital, a company which markets, distributes and analyzes digital media on file trading systems and the Web. Additionally, Mr. Cooper was co-founder, CFO and VP of business development for Avesta Technologies, an enterprise, information and technology management software company bought by Visual Networks in 2000.

Mr. Cooper was with Morgan Stanley for fourteen years, which included seven years with Morgan Stanley Venture Partners, where he focused on late-stage venture investments, consolidations and buy-outs. He served as a director of CSG Systems (CSGS), Protection One Alarm (ALRM), LionBridge Technologies (LIOX) and Weblink Wireless (WLNKA). Mr. Cooper also worked in Morgan Stanley’s Debt Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions divisions in New York and Tokyo.

Mr. Cooper is on the boards of Brand Asset Digital, Unison Site Management, Aquatic Energy and the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club of New York. He earned his BA from Duke University.

M. Grier Eliasek
President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Eliasek is President and Chief Operating Officer of Prospect Capital Corporation (PSEC) and a Managing Director of Prospect Capital Management (PCM) and Prospect Administration. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Prospect Capital Corporation.

At Prospect Capital, Mr. Eliasek is responsible for leading the Prospect team of professionals in the origination and assessment of investments. Prior to Prospect Capital, Mr. Eliasek served as a Managing Director with Prospect Street Ventures, an investment management firm which, together with its predecessors, has invested in excess of $1.5 billion in senior loan, mezzanine, bridge loan, private equity, and venture capital structures through publicly traded closed-end funds and private limited partnerships.

Prior to joining Prospect, Mr. Eliasek served as a consultant with Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm, where he managed engagements for companies in several different industries. At Bain, Mr. Eliasek analyzed new lines of businesses, developed market strategies, revamped sales organizations, and improved operational performance.

Mr. Eliasek received his MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Eliasek received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Scholar and a Rodman Scholar.

William J. Gremp

William J. Gremp's career as an investment banker, with over 30 years of corporate finance experience in originating and executing transactions and advisory assignments for energy and utility related clients, has spanned years of significant change in the energy industry.

Since 1999, Mr. Gremp has been responsible for traditional banking services, credit and lending, private equity and corporate cash management with Merrill Lynch & Co. From 1996 to 1999, he served at Wachovia as senior vice president, managing director and co-founder of the utilities and energy investment banking group, responsible for origination, structuring, negotiation and successful completion of transactions utilizing investment banking, capital markets and traditional commercial banking products.

From 1989 to 1996, Mr. Gremp was the managing director of global power and project finance at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he was responsible for the origination, delivery and successful implementation of all corporate finance and investment banking products and services to the utility and energy industries. He advised clients on corporate strategy, project financing, mergers and acquisitions and equity and lease finance.

From 1970 to 1989, Mr. Gremp was with Merrill Lynch & Co., starting out as an associate in the mergers and acquisitions department, then in 1986 becoming the senior vice president, managing director and head of the regulated industries group. From 1965 to 1970, Mr. Gremp served in roles at the United States Army, the Mobil Oil Corporation and a New York management consulting firm. Mr. Gremp received his MBA from New York University and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.

Eugene S. Stark

Eugene S. Stark is a financial executive with over 20 years of experience in directing the financial and administrative functions of investment management organizations. He has broad experience in financial management, SEC reporting and compliance; strategic and financial planning; expense, capital and risk management; fund administration; due diligence; acquisition analysis; and integration activities.

Since May 2005, Mr. Stark has served as the Principal Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Administration at General American Investors Company, Inc. where he is responsible for operations, compliance, and financial functions. From January to April of 2005, Mr. Stark was the Chief Financial Officer of Prospect Energy Corporation, prior to which he worked at Prudential Financial, Inc between 1987 and 2004. His many positions within Prudential include ten years as Vice President and Fund Treasurer of Prudential Mutual Funds, where he was responsible for financial, SEC and Board of Directors reporting for 70 investment companies with $45 billion of assets under management. Mr. Stark’s other roles at Prudential include four years as Senior Vice President of Finance of Prudential Investments, an investment product operating unit with $90 billion of assets under management and two years as Vice President of Finance of Prudential Amenities. In addition to his appointment to the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Prospect Capital, Mr. Stark is also a member of Mount Saint Mary Academy’s Finance Committee.

Mr. Stark is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his BS in Accounting, cum laude, from Rider University, and his MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School.
